01 · Who it's for

Four kinds of buyer.

DoseTrend is deliberately narrow. If you don't recognise yourself below, DoseTrend probably isn't the right tool for you, and we'll say so on the application call.

Commercial & brand teams

You have one molecule in the UK market and a small market-research budget, or none. You need to answer "how are we doing this month" without waiting two weeks for a data-services request.

DoseTrend is the report you'd have built yourself if you'd had the time.

Market access

You track formulary decisions, ICB variation and the difference between primary and secondary care uptake. You need geography, and you need it defensible.

Every DoseTrend chart carries its NHSBSA source and its date, so nothing in your board pack has to be re-cited by legal.

Medical affairs & HEOR

You publish. Journals want a clean source, a stated methodology and a way to reproduce a chart from a paper. DoseTrend is built to that standard because the alternative — a personal spreadsheet — never survives peer review.

Consultants, analysts, investors

You cover a therapy area for a client or a portfolio company. You need one number, this month, and you need to trust it. Portfolio pricing handles three or more molecules.

02 · Not for you if

The honest disqualifiers.

  • A
You need manufacturer share on a generic.
The NHS doesn't publish it. No open-data tool can. You need a paid pharmaceutical data provider.
  • B
You need Scotland, Wales and NI in one view.
We only ship England as standard. Ask us; we can quote the others separately.
  • C
    You need patient-level data.
Doesn't exist in any open feed. You need CPRD, or a real-world evidence partner.
