Line history. Every NHS framework line now has a history in each buying group: each award since 2016 with its holder and dates, each edition of NHS England's generics workplan we hold, and the tenders you imported. Holder changes, end dates that moved and lines re-tendered ahead of time are written out in words. Across the award history, lines changed holder 7,022 times, and 710 were awarded again while an earlier award was still running, most of them in the housekeeping and supply-chain resilience frameworks. It is on the Tender Desk line page and behind a "history" link on every hospital pack. When a line in your catalogue or on one of your tenders changes, you get a notification and a line in your daily email. NHS England does not publish when a holder hands a line back; a line re-tendered ahead of time is the visible sign, and we say so. The bell at the top of the app now lists your notifications.

Hospital prices now come as a range, not just an average. eMIT publishes an average price per pack and a standard deviation, and when trusts paid very different prices the average describes no real trust. The Hospital tab, the Tender Desk and the bid workbook now show the average plus and minus one standard deviation, and say how wide the spread is: in the June 2026 release it is wide for 29% of packs, and for 11% the spread is as large as the average or larger, so no range is shown and the page says the average is a poor guide. On a tender line we also say which months the price covers (March to June 2026 for the current release) and whether they fall under the line's current framework award or the one before it.

Framework awards now cover NHS England's branded medicines frameworks, biosimilars among them: 96 award schedules published since March 2019 and about 6,700 award lines, 1,695 of them in force today across 1,359 product lines. For the molecules DoseTrend tracks, 37 now show who holds a current branded award, adalimumab and insulin glargine, aspart and lispro among them. Branded frameworks buy through their own groups (Pan London, South of England, North of England, Midlands and East, and National), and the Hospital tab names each one. NHS England can extend a branded framework without publishing the extension line by line, so where a branded award has ended with nothing published after it, the page says it may still be running.

Framework award history now goes back to 2016. We had said that frameworks awarded before the Procurement Act 2023 published no line awards. They did, on Contracts Finder rather than Find a Tender, and they are now loaded: 83 more schedules and about 30,000 award lines from July 2016. The Hospital tab, Framework awards and the Tender Desk now show the published award behind 98% of the lines and buying groups on NHS England's June 2026 generics workplan, up from 22%. Awards made between 2021 and mid 2022 were published without line awards, and the pages say so where that applies.

Market tab: manufacturing sites named by regulators. When an EU authority issues a statement that a manufacturing site does not comply with good manufacturing practice, or the US FDA sends a manufacturing warning letter, and the document names a product of a molecule you follow, it now appears as an event abroad on the chart and in a table on the Market tab: the site, its country, the products named and whether the matter is still open. The first load covers 79 EU statements in force and 350 FDA letters since 2021, and puts 37 reviewed events on 29 molecules, eight of them at one Indian site. Neither regulator says whether a site supplies the UK, and the table says so.

Trend tab: people, not just items. For about 30 molecules NHSBSA publishes how many people were prescribed them, and the Trend tab now shows it: identified patients by financial year from 2016/17, items per patient, the latest month, and for mental health medicines the ICBs with the most and fewest patients per 1,000 registered. The public molecule page carries the latest year in one sentence. Covers antidepressants, antipsychotics, hypnotics, ADHD medicines, opioids, gabapentinoids, benzodiazepines and the GLP-1 and SGLT-2 diabetes medicines.

Market tab: where it is dispensed. The share of each molecule dispensed by community pharmacies, dispensing doctors, appliance contractors and personal administration, monthly from January 2021, and the dispensing-doctor share in each ICB. For molecules pharmacists supply under a national service, such as nitrofurantoin under Pharmacy First, the items supplied each month from February 2024. Those supplies are not in GP prescribing data, and the trend and the public molecule page now say how many there were.

Subscribers sign in to DoseTrend from Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client that supports sign-in, and the connector answers from their own molecules with everything their workspace shows: the full trend, every ICB, prescribing organisations, market share, hospital usage and prices, framework holders, signals and the monthly briefing. SAML single sign-on, included on Molecule and Portfolio at no extra cost. Owners and admins connect Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace or any SAML 2.0 provider under Settings, SSO & security: paste the metadata, verify the email domain by DNS, test, and switch on. Accounts are created on first sign-in with the role and group you choose, and owners can enforce single sign-on for everyone else.
