Terms & conditions.

These terms are the agreement between you and Cooply Solutions Ltd when you use DoseTrend. If anything is unclear, email hello [at] dosetrend [dot] com and we'll rewrite it.
1. Who we are.
DoseTrend is a product of Cooply Solutions Ltd ("we", "us"), registered in England and Wales, company number 06393019, registered address Enterprise Centre, Tonypandy Enterprise Park, Llwynypia Road, Tonypandy, CF40 2ET.
2. Access.
Access is granted on a per-user basis after we accept your application. You must not share your login, reverse-engineer the platform, or attempt to extract data at scale outside the tools we provide.
3. Subscription and fees.
The fee is £1,500 per molecule per month, invoiced monthly in advance, exclusive of VAT. Fees are due within 14 days. Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days' written notice; fees already invoiced are non-refundable.
4. Data.
Underlying prescribing data is published by NHS Business Services Authority and NHS England under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Our analysis, charts, commentary, layout and software are the intellectual property of Cooply Solutions Ltd and are licensed to you for internal business use only. You may quote individual figures externally with attribution to DoseTrend.
5. Warranties and liability.
We take reasonable care to ensure DoseTrend is accurate but the service is provided "as is". Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees paid by you in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit.
6. Privacy.
Personal data is handled per the privacy policy. Cookies are covered in the cookie policy.
7. Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
