Terms & conditions.

1. Who we are.

DoseTrend is a product of Hotline Labs Ltd ("we", "us"), registered in England and Wales, company number 11873778, registered address Enterprise Centre, Tonypandy Enterprise Park, Llwynypia Road, Tonypandy, CF40 2ET.

2. Access.

Access is granted on a per-user basis after we accept your application. You must not share your login, reverse-engineer the platform, or attempt to extract data at scale outside the tools we provide.

3. Subscription and fees.

The fee is £1,500 per molecule per month, invoiced monthly in advance, exclusive of VAT. Fees are due within 14 days. There is no minimum term and no notice period: tell us to stop and we stop, with access running to the end of the month you have already paid for. Fees already invoiced are not refunded for part months. We may terminate for convenience with 30 days' written notice.

4. Data.

Underlying prescribing data is published by NHS Business Services Authority and NHS England under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Our analysis, charts, commentary, layout and software are the intellectual property of Hotline Labs Ltd and are licensed to you for internal business use only. You may quote individual figures externally with attribution to DoseTrend.

5. AI assistants.

You may connect an AI assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to DoseTrend through our connector. Signed-in use is included in your subscription at no extra charge and reaches the same molecules and views as your account, no more. Figures your assistant reads are licensed to you on the same terms as the rest of DoseTrend, for your organisation's own analysis. You must not use the connector to copy, rebuild or resell the DoseTrend dataset, or to supply a competing service, and we may limit or suspend a connection used that way.

Your assistant's provider handles your conversation under its own terms. We are responsible for the figures we send, not for what an assistant writes with them, so check a figure against the source line that comes with it before you rely on it. The public tools, which work without signing in, are free, and we may change or withdraw them.

6. Warranties and liability.

We take reasonable care to ensure DoseTrend is accurate but the service is provided "as is". Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees paid by you in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit.

7. Privacy.

Personal data is handled per the privacy policy. Cookies are covered in the cookie policy.

8. Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
