Why do I have to apply instead of just signing up?
Because at this price point a five-minute conversation saves both of us a bad month. About one applicant in ten gets told "this isn't for you" on that call. We'd rather say it now than take your money and disappoint you in month two.
Can I see brand or manufacturer share?
Sometimes, and we're straight about when. For branded molecules where the NHS records the brand, yes. For most generic prescribing, no tool built on open data can honestly show you manufacturer share — because the NHS doesn't publish it. If you need generic manufacturer share, you need a paid pharmaceutical data provider.
What counts as one molecule?
One British Approved Name across every formulation, strength and pack. Apixaban 2.5mg tablets and apixaban 5mg tablets are one molecule. If a fixed-dose combination genuinely trades separately from its components, we'll agree that with you before we bill.
Do I really get unlimited seats?
Yes, at your company. The reason we can offer it: our costs scale with molecules, not seats. Your commercial team, your medical team and your intern all get logins. We'd rather three people at your company use it than one.
Is there a discount for annual?
Twelve months for the price of eleven. Paid up front, one invoice. That's the only discount. There is no volume discount past Portfolio; if you need six molecules, you pay for six.
