Views that answer the questions a commercial team actually asks, a monthly PDF that answers them again in two pages so the exec doesn't have to log in, a desk for bidding NHS tenders, and a connector so your own AI assistant can answer them too.

    Monthly items and spend from November 2020 (the original eight molecules from 2014). Indexed, YoY, seasonally flagged. Where NHSBSA publishes it, the number of people treated, not just items. One chart, direct labels, source caption.

    All 36 Integrated Care Boards, drilling to every one of 7,317 practices. Filter by formulation and strength.

    Dated events on the chart: NICE decisions, MHRA safety alerts, supply notices, Drug Tariff moves and price concessions, a new supplier or a price change in dm+d, a framework award. Events abroad too, labelled as such: a US recall or shortage, a manufacturing site the EU or US regulator has found out of compliance. Each one quotes its source, and a person checks it before you see it. An email the day it lands, or a Monday summary.

    The Drug Tariff, what trusts actually paid (eMIT) and every price concession, per pack on one dated chart, beside the dm+d list prices. Hospital prices come as a range with a plain note on how widely trusts' prices vary, because an average of very different prices describes nobody.

    Hospital dispensing on the same molecule as primary care, by trust, by strength and by NHS tender region. Who holds each NHS framework line in each buying group, generics and branded, with every published award back to 2016. Each line has a history: holder changes, re-tenders, end dates that moved.

    Every supplier and pack listed in dm+d, refreshed weekly. Where it is dispensed, including Pharmacy First supplies that GP prescribing data never shows. Parallel import licences, and manufacturing sites a regulator has named.

    Tablets vs oral liquid, 2.5mg vs 5mg vs 10mg, own-brand vs branded generic where the code allows.

    Tender Desk
    Import an NHS generics tender schedule and every line arrives with its hospital usage by region, the price trusts paid, the current holder and the line's history, pre-filled from your own catalogue and dm+d. Your team works through it with sign-offs and comments, then exports the bid workbook and the keying sheet. Included with Molecule and Portfolio; tell us and we switch it on.

Boring on purpose.

Sign-in

Email and password, with an authenticator code for anyone who turns it on. SAML single sign-on is included on Molecule and Portfolio at no extra cost: Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace or any SAML 2.0 provider. Your identity team owns the accounts, you can enforce it for everyone, and owners keep a password so you can never be locked out.

Data residency

All data processed and stored in the UK. Underlying source data is already published by the NHS in public, so there is no personal data anywhere in the pipeline.

Audit & export

Every dashboard interaction is logged and exportable, so your compliance team can answer their own questions without a ticket to us.

What it reads

Signed out, the public figures for all 146 molecules we track. Signed in, your own molecules with every view your workspace includes, under the same locks.

How it signs in

Through your DoseTrend login, with your authenticator code or your company's single sign-on. You see what it will read before you allow it, and you can disconnect it under Settings at any time. It is read-only: it cannot change anything in your account.

What we see

Which tool your assistant called, for which molecule, and when. Never your question, and never the answer.
