The last few things that went wrong.

  • 5 Jun 2026 Slower ICB map rendering

    A regression in tile caching made ICB maps take 6–8s to render for about 40 minutes. Cache warmed, back to normal.

  • 18 May 2026 Briefing PDF delivery delayed

    Monthly PDFs went out about three hours late while we validated a new secondary-care join. No data was wrong — just late.
